Areas of expertise: management and coaching, sales force management, influence strategies, effective presentations, art of negotiation.

Renata consults organisations on sales force management, designs and implements the long term programs in management as well as experiential training projects, conducts trainings allowing better negotiations and reaching the best agreements with customers. She develops and implements  annual performance appraisal systems and competence models. The expert works on international projects in Latvia, Estonia and other countries

She is the co-author and of many effective training programs: “Influencing Communication Using NLP”,  “Insight Selling”, “Sales for the Advanced”, “Effective Presenting”, “Mediators‘ Skills Development” and others.

Renata is an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coach, a licensed master of neuro-linguistic programming, a certified DiSC consultant, who has also completed a European Association for Gestalt Therapy program on applying Gestalt therapy methods at working with groups.
